EBW / A campaign story

A new machine.
A familiar rider.

An automatic motorcycle-care system needed both explanation and a sense of arrival.

EBW’s automatic motorcycle-wash system introduced a service that needed to be seen in action. The communication had to establish the machine and its capabilities, including express maintenance, a motorcycle system check-up and a health rating, while giving the brand an energetic identity of its own.

We built the demonstration around the maintenance of a Royal Enfield. Following a familiar motorcycle through the process gave the audience something recognisable to track as the new technology was introduced. The actual operation supplied the substance of the film, allowing the service to be understood through what happened to the bike.

Live-action footage and computer graphics worked together to present the process. The film also communicated the machine’s energy efficiency and corrosion resistance. A dynamic, fast-cut edit kept the demonstration moving, showing enough to explain the offering without losing the energy associated with the brand.

The finished piece served as a product demonstration with a strong promotional character. Alongside showing how the system worked, it established a visual approach and tone that could give EBW a recognisable starting point for its brand communication.

When the technology is unfamiliar, give the audience a familiar place to begin.

The work, on screen.

A different brief.
The same curiosity.
